Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Graze & Coe, you agree to the terms below.

1. Orders

Returns

All Graze & Coe boards and grazing products are freshly prepared and perishable, which means we’re unable to accept returns.

Order Changes

Once your order is confirmed, we begin sourcing and preparing fresh produce just for you. Because of this, we’re unable to make changes to order details.

Cancellations

We know plans can change, but due to the fresh and perishable nature of our produce, all orders are final once confirmed and paid.

• For regular grazing boards, cancellations made more than 7 days before the delivery date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of delivery date are non-refundable.
• For larger events, grazing tables and on-site set ups, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Full payment will be required three weeks before your event, at which point the order is non-refundable.

This allows us to secure premium ingredients and styling materials in advance, and ensures we can create the best possible experience for your event.

Date Reservations

We’re unable to “hold” dates for more than one week without a confirmed booking and deposit. Once a date has been booked, it is confirmed. If for any reason the date needs to be changed, we can offer one alternative date (subject to availability). If this new date is then cancelled, no refund will be provided.

2. Delivery

Where We Deliver

We hand-deliver across Surrey and surrounding areas to keep everything beautifully presented and fresh. If you're just outside our usual radius, get in touch — we’ll always try to help. Additional delivery charges may apply.

Delivery Times

Deliveries take place between 7am and 5pm, depending on your order and location. We’re not able to guarantee an exact time slot.

We always aim to deliver within the stated window, but delays can occasionally happen due to traffic, weather or peak seasonal demand.

Recipient Availability

Someone must be available at the delivery address to accept the order. We will attempt delivery to the address provided and may try a neighbour or call the phone number provided.

If there’s no answer and delivery is not possible, the order will be marked as a failed delivery. Because our food is fresh and cannot be re-used or re-sold, we’re not able to offer refunds or free redelivery in this situation.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Orders are delivered to the exact address provided at booking. We’re unable to redirect or amend the address once the order is out for delivery, and we can’t take responsibility for missed deliveries caused by incorrect details.

4. Corporate & Bespoke Orders

For corporate events, grazing tables or grazing cups:

  • We can help arrange third-party couriers if needed. Where this applies, once items leave us, responsibility for safe delivery sits with the courier.
  • We’ll share any tracking / delivery info available. If there are issues such as delays, missed drops, damaged goods or items delivered to the wrong place, these will need to be raised directly with the courier.
  • Graze & Coe can’t accept responsibility for spoiled or missing items caused by late collection, incorrect addresses provided, or the recipient not being available to receive delivery.

5. Social Media

We love sharing our work and often capture photos and short videos of boards and event set-ups for our social channels.

If you’d prefer that your order or event isn’t photographed or shared, just let us know in advance, we’ll always respect that request.

6. Contact Us

Questions, requests, bespoke briefs? We’d love to hear from you.

Email: hello@grazeandcoe.com
We aim to reply within 24 hours (please allow a little longer in peak seasonal periods).

7. Agreement

By purchasing from Graze & Coe, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Thank you for choosing us to cater your special moment. Our whole mission is to bring joy to the table!
